Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to return an item. No reason needed.

How returns work

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to return it.
Send the item back within 14 days after that, to Blaris ApS, Hvidegårdsparken 42, 2800 Kongens Lyngby, Denmark. You pay the return shipping.
Pack it well, with all accessories, cables and manuals. Try the item as you would in a shop, but please don't use it beyond that.

Refunds

We refund what you paid, including the original standard shipping, to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return request. We may wait until the item is back with us or you have shown that you sent it.

Start a return

Fill in the form and we'll e-mail you a confirmation. This form is also how you cancel a purchase under your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Faulty items

Something wrong with your item? Every product has the 2-year legal guarantee from delivery. Write to [email protected] with your order number and a short description; we pay the return of faulty items.
