Terms of sale
These terms apply to purchases by consumers in the EU from the TestNMeasure Shop. Danish law applies.

Prices and VAT
Prices are in Danish kroner (Denmark) or euro (other EU countries) and are incl. 25% Danish VAT. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
Order and payment
The contract is made when you place the order and the payment is accepted. We take payment by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe when you place the order, and send an order confirmation by e-mail.
Delivery
We ship from Denmark to the countries listed on the shipping page, normally within a few working days. The risk passes to you when you receive the goods.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you, or a third party you name (not the carrier), take possession of the goods. To use the right of withdrawal, tell us with a clear statement, for example with the online form on our Returns page or by e-mail. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to.
We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may hold back the refund until we have the goods back or you have shown that you sent them. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. See Returns.

Guarantee (2 years)
You have a 2-year legal guarantee (reklamationsret) under the Danish Sale of Goods Act for faults present at delivery. Tell us within a reasonable time after you find the fault. We repair, replace or refund the item. Any manufacturer warranty comes on top of these rights.
