About the HDS242
The OWON HDS242 combines a 2-channel 40 MHz oscilloscope and a 20,000-count True RMS multimeter in one handheld unit with a 3.5" colour display.
It samples at up to 250 MSa/s, runs on two 18650 lithium-ion cells and charges over USB-C, which also connects it to OWON's PC software. The scope inputs are rated 400 V (CAT II); the two channels share a common ground.

Never exceed the maximum input values given in the specifications. Use probes rated for the voltage you measure, and set the probe attenuation (1X/10X) to match.
