About the VDS6102
The OWON VDS6102 is a 2-channel, 100 MHz oscilloscope in a flat 190 x 120 x 18 mm box. It has no screen: you connect it to a computer over USB-C or LAN and use OWON's PC software, which shows the waveforms, measurements and FFT. It also has a single-channel waveform generator for sine waves up to 5 MHz and square waves up to 200 kHz.
It samples at up to 1 GSa/s with a 10 M point memory and can be powered from the computer's USB-C port or the included adapter. The inputs take up to 40 V (DC + AC peak); use the included probes at 10X for higher signal levels within the probe's rating.

Read the user manual before use and use the device only as described in it. Maximum input voltage of the oscilloscope inputs: 40 V (DC + AC pk). Use probes rated for the voltage you measure, and set the probe attenuation (1X/10X) to match.
- The probe ground is connected to the computer's ground through the USB or LAN cable. Connect the probe ground only to earth potential, never to mains or another live point.
- The device is not designed for direct measurements on mains voltage.
- Risk of electric shock: do not touch live conductors or the metal probe tips during a measurement.
- Do not use the device near explosive gas or vapour, or in damp or wet conditions.
- Do not cover the ventilation openings.
- Not a toy. Keep away from children.
- Dispose of the device and its batteries at a collection point for electronic waste, not with household waste.
