Shop privacy

This notice covers the shop at testnmeasure.app/shop. The app has its own privacy policy.

Who is responsible

What we collect and why

  • Order data (name, addresses, e-mail, phone, items): to deliver your order and send order e-mails (contract), and to keep accounting records for 5 years (legal obligation).
  • Your account, if you create one: to show your orders and saved addresses (contract).

Who we share it with

  • Stripe, to process your payment. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
  • PostNord, to deliver your parcel (name, address, phone, e-mail).
  • Our hosting (Hetzner, in the EU) and the shop software (Medusa, self-hosted), where orders are stored.
  • Microsoft 365, which sends our order e-mails.

Cookies

The shop sets the cookies it needs to work: your cart, your sign-in and your chosen country. With your consent we also use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how the shop is used; no advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing. Write to [email protected]. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).
