We ship from our own stock in Kongens Lyngby, Denmark, with PostNord, to addresses in the EU. One parcel and one flat rate per order; we e-mail you a tracking number when it ships.

The heavy rate applies to the whole order when it contains a heavy item (oscilloscopes, bench meters). There is no free-shipping threshold.

We do not ship to the United States yet. Our EU shops ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
We do not ship to these territories. Some are outside the EU VAT area, others are remote areas where carriers add large surcharges:

Delivery
We pack orders on working days in Denmark. Delivery times depend on PostNord and the destination; the tracking link in your shipping e-mail shows the current status.
