Delete your TestNMeasure account
Deleting your account removes it and everything synced to it. Data kept only on your phone stays there until you delete it in the app or remove the app.
In the app
Open More → Settings → Data → Delete account and confirm by typing DELETE.
On the web
Sign in at app.testnmeasure.app, open Account and choose Delete account. This works for every account, Free accounts included.
Can't sign in any more?
Email support@testnmeasure.app from the address on the account. We confirm by email and delete the account for you within 30 days.
What is deleted, and when
- Your account becomes inaccessible at once, and you are signed out on every device.
- All data on our servers (synced records, photos, voice notes, settings and sign-in methods) is erased within 30 days.
- Backups age out within a further 35 days.
- Records of store purchases may be kept without your name or email address for bookkeeping, as Danish law requires.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Pro subscription. Cancel it in the store you bought it from:
