The meter app is free: connect, read, log and export CSV. Pro is for building and running procedures and for the reports that follow. Pro is an in-app upgrade on the App Store and Google Play, and the app shows the price before you buy.

Free
Everything you need to use the meter is free, signed in or not. The calculator, with its preset formulas and the Cal Box that fills inputs from your readings, is free. CSV export is free. The nine starter templates, the test file library and importing, viewing and sharing template files (.tnmt) and test-file packages (.tnmr) are free. Sign-in is free, and so are exporting all your data and deleting your account. Without an account, every free feature works.
Pro
Pro adds the procedure side: creating and editing templates, pin-table import, custom formulas and formulas inside templates, unlimited test runs with guided capture and auto-capture, and Excel and PDF reports. How Pro is sold
Pro is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, bought in the iPhone or Android app. The app shows the price in your currency before you buy; it is set by the store, not by this site. There is no lifetime plan and no web checkout, and Family Sharing is off, so a Pro purchase belongs to one Apple ID or Google account. When you are signed in, Pro follows your account to your other devices, including from iPhone to Android. You can restore purchases from the paywall.
Try before you upgrade
You can use the Pro test-run features on your first test runs. Abandoned runs don't count. The paywall never appears on launch, mid-capture or during a run, and a run that started on a trial can always be finished and exported to CSV.
Your data is never held hostage
If Pro lapses, all your logs, test files, templates and attachments remain viewable. CSV export and file packages (.tnmt and .tnmr) keep working. Sync stops pushing, and data already synced stays viewable on the server.
