BENNING multimeters in TestNMeasure

The catalogue lists two BENNING models: one handheld meter with Bluetooth LE built in and one clamp meter with Bluetooth LE built in. They are the MM 12 and CM 12. Neither is supported today, so there is no live reading: type the readings by hand. Both protocols are documented or decoded by others, but there is no driver yet.
