About the OW18E
The OW18E is a 4½-digit (19,999-count) True RMS handheld multimeter rated CAT III 1000 V and CAT IV 600 V. It measures DC voltage up to 1000 V, AC voltage up to 750 V and current up to 20 A, plus resistance, capacitance, frequency, duty cycle and temperature with the included K-type probe.
It has Bluetooth LE 4.0 for a phone app and can log readings offline. Non-contact voltage detection and a flashlight are built in.

Safety information and warnings
Read the user manual before use and use the device only as described in it. Never exceed the maximum input values given in the specifications. Measurement category and maximum voltage: CAT III 1000 V, CAT IV 600 V. Before each use, check the housing and test leads for cracks or damaged insulation.
- Risk of electric shock: do not touch live conductors or the metal probe tips during a measurement.
- Keep your fingers behind the finger guards on the probes.
- Do not use the device near explosive gas or vapour, or in damp or wet conditions.
- Disconnect the test leads from the circuit before changing the function.
- Switch off the power and discharge all capacitors before measuring resistance or capacitance.
- Do not measure with the battery cover open. Switch off and remove the test leads before changing batteries or fuses.
- Replace fuses only with fuses of the same type and rating.
- Not a toy. Keep away from children.
- Dispose of the device and its batteries at a collection point for electronic waste, not with household waste.
