Reports and export Free Pro

PDF test reports with your company header

Turn a finished test file into a PDF report for the customer, the file or the auditor. PDF reports are part of Pro; Pro is an in-app upgrade, see Pricing. A test file is your record, not a certification.

What is in the report

The report for a test file has a cover header, an overall result, metadata, instruments, a summary, a grouped step table, notes, a photo appendix, an attempt history, a signature block and a page footer Pro. A log session gets a simpler report.

FAIL is hard to miss

Failed rows carry an icon and the word FAIL, so the result does not depend on colour Pro. Results come from the limits you set per step, see Pass/fail limits.

Your company header

Fill in a header profile once: company name, technician name, an optional certification or licence number, an address line and a company logo (PNG or JPEG, up to 1 MB) Pro. The profile is used in the xlsx and PDF headers. You can override the technician name per run, for shared phones.

Format and sharing

The page size is A4 or US Letter by locale, and a setting overrides it. The text is selectable and searchable, and failed rows keep their icon Pro. The report ends in the share sheet. To hand over the whole record, share the .tnmr test file instead, see Share templates and test files.

Not yet, or not planned

  • Report fingerprint and signed timestamp are coming.
  • Drawn signature is coming; qualified e-signatures (DocuSign-type) are not planned for v1.

Questions

Can I add my logo?

Yes. Add a PNG or JPEG of up to 1 MB to your header profile.

Is the PDF digitally signed?

Not yet. A report fingerprint and a signed timestamp are coming, and so is a drawn signature. Qualified e-signatures are not planned for v1.

A4 or Letter?

A4 or US Letter by locale, with a setting to override.
